"La Dolce Vita"or as Kanye West's says- the Good life - is one of Italy's specialty's!! Italy produces some of the world best wine. If you are in Italy good wine isn't hard to find. Most people know Chianti and that's about it.
These are some Grape varieties which will blow you away, and you can also find them in the states!!

In Europe the region is used in describing the type of wine, as most of you know....which makes it harder to understand if you don't know what your looking for.

Getting Across the Pond!!

Alright, to get things kicked off we are talking about getting to Italia. Good news is once you get over there it is a lot easier and cheaper to get around. The problem is getting cheap air fare from the here to there. The closer you are the cheaper it will be, which is a usually and easy answer..... the key is getting the tickets early, online is your best bet. I try to by 3 to 5 months before I leave. To get the best purchase price.
